The Co-operative Food

Not the best quality. Often I bring the food home and notice mold on the veg and fruits. Meat sometimes smells funny even thou the date of expiry is not for another couple of days. The staff is very friendly however and it's walking distance so great when I forgot an item. I must say the fresh pastry and bread is fantastic and they go fast so get there early to buy it.

I work in the NHS and after a busy shift I popped into the Donnington store to grab some supplies for work next day, I was shocked when i heard a man say to a staff member that he didn't have a mask, the staff replied " Don't worry mate loads of people don't bother" the staff member also had his mask pulled under his chin. That's not what we want to see or hear when we have been working ours hearts out through this pandemic that it doesn't matter. Not good enough Co-op I certainly won't be going into the store again. 😢

I love shopping here, it rarely doesn't have what I want so can always pop in for bits and pieces good deals on food always a plus and veg is always fresh and the in store bakery is too tempting, lovely warm sausage rolls in the morning and a packet of Belgian buns on the way home 🏡

What a shame as I usually get nice friendly staff unfortunately not today (Sunday 9th May 2020) I was served by a very grumpy and rude women called Debbie who shouted at the customer in front of me then proceeded to tell me I should use the self till as she had just cleaned them! She was rude at best!

Fantastic customer service,very friendly and helpful when needed,i use the snappy shopper delivery frequently this service is absolutely amazing,they are prompt with excellent delivery to my house,very friendly,courteous,fantastic shop

Good tidy shop well stocked very friendly staff

Typical small coop that often can't cope with the influx of visitors so shelves empty quickly in places. Isles are not very wide so not good for keeping 2 metres. Self service machines are too close together and not enough space for them. They are small but do pretty well all considered.

I was on my way to another place and needed to stop for some bits. Never been here before but a great little store. Limited parking.
