Co-op Food - Mansfield - Southwell Road West

Since this store has moved it would appear there manners where also left at Carter Lane,
I'm yet to shop in this store to see any Staff smile or be nice.
Whlie doing my shopping today I hadn't collected my stuff before the next person been served RUDE !

Extremely rude staff members with no manners. Head office should have a look on what is going on in this shop since the staff is acting like they had no training on how to talk to customers or behave with them. And btw 5 stars reviews given by the same person it's quite obvious that is someone from inside the shop so don't let yourself believe it!!!

Very rude staff especially on self serve checkout. Such disappointment I cannot put it into words. This is a true tragedy, foul.

Great well stocked store, plenty of parking af the rear. Friendly helpful staff.

My miss was in shop before closing shop. Women who works there told we are closing down and my miss did not get last item from shopping list ! She was forced to pay and go out from shop what i understand. I'm really disappointed in staff who works there !

Shame the checkout member of staff was unnecessarily rude.

Good small/med size Coop store. Well kept, and generally well stocked. Convenient access with parking. It also has a cash machine zero charges outside.
