10/10. We do some of our regular grocery shopping from this store, they have variety of product range and the quality is simply brilliant. I also use their post office service sometimes. Jay is a very friendly person. Even though the postoffice closes at 12pm, but he serves me outside that hours if I need to use the post office service. Overall very happy with the service and friendliness.

Use the post office regularly and get great, friendly service. Jay is always welcoming and is always willing to help. Very well stocked shop in terms of food and beverages as well. Fantastic local shop!

Rude doesn't even describe the owner sanjay, he's just pathetic.
I was refused service for using 'wrong' envelope. I did not argue when I was refused to be served.
As I was out the door he shouted 'f... off' in front of people. Wow He is not adequate
He must be very sad sitting all day in the shop all his life and has nothing to do but be rude to people.
Post office reviews inside this shop about him are just horrendous.
The local gazette and council need to know he is assaulting people

Very friendly, family run business. Always loads of stock and always happy to help! Post office in there too open at good hours. Easy to get to!

Shop is okay but drinks are always warm which is not great when it comes to warm weather. The shop is also very messy with stuff on the floor. Apparently this is because of stock room issues but it’s been like this for a while now. Post office should be opened for a longer At least until 4pm.

Run by a lovely man called Jay, his partner and associates. I've been living here for nearly 4 years and regularly go here to buy what I can, instead of going to cooporete owned companies.... Anyway, they're a great team, look after they're regular customers and always up for a friendly chat. Post office inside, that operates at specific times, plenty of good to buy, fruit, sandwiches, snacks, alcohol, dairy, e-cigs, coffee machine.... Great team that are customer focused 👍

Owner is rude whenever I try to top up gas and electric in post office counter before I've even opened my mouth just says not working then when I go to leave he notices I have a few notes in my hands says he'll try but not before asking if I'm a local and oh suddenly works .. this happens every month when I go to top up and that's when it works .. only ever seems to work if I'm putting a large amount on or if I say I'll go garage or if I explain I am local cos apparently he never sees me . 1 it doesn't matter if I live local or not to use the post office and 2 maybe get a machine that works as the garage never have a problem. He might see me using his shop more if I didn't feel like I'm only allowed to use the post office if I'm I'm regular in the shop puts me off going for groceries separate from the post office side

2022 where we’re in a cashless society. Still demanding for £5 minimum payment!! Absolutely unacceptable! Local convenience store for a few miles and they’re implementing a minimum spend limit. Stupid, last time visiting. Employees look at you all confused when you pull a card out to pay as if they’ve never used this method or seen one. Rather travel two miles down the road for the other one.
