A normal convenience store although they are one of the few places to sell my favorite brand of flapjack.

Friendly and helpful staff. The information about Hermes drop off point is accurate with what's on the internet, the shop really does have a Hermes print point. Unlike some other corner shops in the area which come up on Hermes location finder but no longer provide Hermes services and not bother fixing the information on their accounts.

I normally like this store as staff had always been friendly and helpful, however popped in today to collect and parcel and the chap was most unhelpful. As soon as I said I was there to collect a parcel he couldn't be bothered, barely looked for it and said its not here and sent me on my way, even though I had confirmation it had been delivered there. Not sure why these shops undertake the parcel delivery schemes if they can't be bothered to forefill their obligations. Now have to waste alot of time trying to sort a refund etc.
