Best One Coulsdon

First time, tried returning an amazon parcel, never done this before. The lady was the rudest, most unprofessional, not an once of customer service in her whatsoever.
Never use this store again - went up to old coulsdon, lovely helpful lady assisted me, out the store in 30 seconds.

So I’ve recently moved to the neighborhood and have used this shop to drop off parcels several times now - and for buying the occasional milk. My experience so far has been very positive - shop owners are polite and the shop is very tidy and clean - with ample space in corridors which is usually not the case for a corner shop. I obviously can’t comment on the previously left poor comments by other reviewers but want to give a big thumbs up to this shop as it’s really convenient for dropping off parcels. Rude service. Refused collection of my Hermes parcel despite it passing collection criteria. They pick & choose customers - suggested I rearrange collection despite not having a label. Very rude. Had to go to a Purley store which was fine

What a horrible experience in this shop. No customer service the Indian couple are very rude.remember customers are providing you with a income. There are a few reviews on this shop. all BAD...... will not be going back there horrible people even my partner will not go back in to use Hermes the treatment he received from that sour faced woman 🤬

Always nice to me and my kids when we go in there. Probably won't be using the Hermes service by sound of it though 😂. I use it as a shop. Because that's what it is! Can't fault it for convenience and variety. If you think they're rude you want to try the pigs in Londis!!!

Extremely unhelpful and profoundly rude. Gentleman behind the counter does not seem to understand basic aspects of customer service. Will never go back.

There was a very rude woman behind the counter when I went in to return a parcel. The process is a simple one that I am familiar with, but she still barked orders at me.

I can only assume that the shop isn’t hers, why else would she be driving customers away? It was an unpleasant experience and I won’t be going there again - for anything.

Terrible service. Rude to people. They treat you like a dog. I will file an official complaint to Hermes. I had to leave without sending my parcel.
