Co-op Food - Horsell - High Street

Good selection but the queue at the tills can be quite long if you arrive at the wrong time.
Ideal for last minute shopping but don't drive there, the car park is so small, you are unlikely to find a space.

This my local store open 7am to 11pm seven days a week. Its always well stocked and staff are always busy replenishing the shelves. The staff are cheerful and helpful. There is a good Co-op membership scheme where you can build up money off your shopping. Prices are reasonable. There is fairly limited parking out the front. There is a cashpoint here which is good.

Finally I get to put thoughts online.Never enough staff to deal with queues. Nice place to socialise whilst you wait in the queue. I have spent many evenings having a good catch up with friends whilst waiting to pay. The shop floor workers are all nice people, but I can definately say the managers are lazy and not willing to help there staff. Maybe I am wrong, but just my observations over the years

Coop this quite a good store. It's not massive but big enough for what you need and a bit extra. The staff are great and very friendly and helpful. Worth a visit

Ordered through Deliveroo who proved to be incompetent. Not only do they not give an option to change a missing item, but they charge for small orders etc... after receiving my order, several items were missing. I called the store and spoke to a gent (didn't get the name) who was really helpful. He sorted this no sweat and gave me other options of missing items, then had them sent out to us. The guy saved dinner time!! Well done and thank you.

This shop never has anything on the shelves it's supposed to be the shop of the village but whenever u go in there the shelves are empty should be closed down or replaced by a better stocked shop
