Will not be going back, was told that having driven 20 minutes to get there they were unable to take my parcel due to it being too large (it was a pretty standard size)

I told them my parcel was valuable and to please take care of it before UPS arrived. The package arrived at its destination ripped open through 3 layers of packaging and the end of the shoebox ripped off so someone could look inside. Not pointing my finger at anyone but somewhere along it’s journey the gift got tampered with.
