Being my local it's good for what I need the staff are very pleasant and some can be cheeky which makes a good atmosphere to shop here , I have seen some times that they are under staffed and that due to the company reducing their hours thinking that they can save then moan there losing money from sales

THE WORST SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO! Unfortunately it’s my local shop, Co-Op bosses you should close this down and start again! Service is slow, only ever one person on the till, no once comes to help even when there is a long queue, staff even walk past the queue, have a look how long it is and walk past… on numerous occasions I’ve been at the till or waiting in line and a manager passes the person serving some stock and says put that away when you get a min… cheek of it while the young guy is serving whilst said manager doing nothing! It’s taken me months to do this as wanted to give benefit of the doubt! But almost every queue there is always another customer saying same as above! SORT IT OUT IT’S RIDICULOUS!!!!

Staff friendly but a bit oblivious of people's time. Three members of staff helping one customer while a long queue waits. Another two chatting while placing stuff on the shelves.
