Co-op Food - Watford - Abbotswood Park

I went there today brought a pizza and bottle of wine asked for a bag and he dropped the bottle on the counter inside the bag, when I got home the bottle was broken and leaked all over my kitchen and ruined my pizza I went back to complain and got nothing in return not even an apology....

Stole about £15 off me, didnt send half my order via uber eats. Instead of taking the stuff off my bill, they just sent it without and so ive been charged. Literally theft. Have tried calling them 4 times they don't answer the phone.

Kept our money for items they didn't have on an order, can't even speak to them they don't pick up

Really nice cooperative shop with friendly staff and a lot of options for food to choose from! The cooperative membership really helps you save money also!

Nice little coop. One young chap there is so sweet and excellent manners and customer skills. Shame I didn't get his name before we left... we lived in the area in rental for 8 months and used the shop alot for bits and pieces. Fresh bread every day..

I'm unhappy. 1. There's insufficient space for shoppers to park. 2. If one manages to shop but then finds a problem once home, NO-ONE answers its phone when one repeatedly calls. 3. It could otherwise be a great shop, but its poor parking situation and lack of service, as evidenced by the unanswered phone, means it isn't. And COVID19 cannot be given as justification, because both these issues have been consistently rubbish for years!
Very disappointing.

Not too busy, loads of fresh fruits and vegetables etc plenty in stock on shelves. Very hard to navigate around the one way system when in pain on waking sticks and only need a few bits. Shame it's not bigger for mobility scooter ! We travel to this coop and unfortunately no bathrooms like in other major stores. Staff are always friendly and helpful, covid procedures in place.
