Co-op Food - Crawley - Bewbush

Very bad. The staff are unattentive and uninterested in serving the customer.
The queue is allowed to regularly grow to halfway down the shop, whilst the person on the checkout is chatting and laughing with colleagues, before anybody considers opening another till.
Shockingly bad customer service.
Go anywhere else instead... trust me, it's worth the additional miles in the car!

Shelves are barely full worth going if you looking for bread and everyday products they never stock 1.75 cokes only 1lt and only one till operating.Most of the staff is helpful but not my favorite place to stop

I shop there because it is convenient. Selection is generally good, although the meat and fish have been poor of late. A little expensive for some items, but I guess that is the price that you pay for convenience! The self service tills are probably the most temperamental that I have used - there is an art to using them! It is a bit frustrating when you then have to wait for ages to have a member of staff come to sort the issue out.

Doesn't have a wide selection of food. But great staff and recognise me when I go to shop as I go there quite frequently. 4 stars as they really need to sort out the leak near the milk. Been like that for years and would also like to see them offer more halal frozen food like they do in langley green.

Ok shop not that big but very convenient

The worst franchise of the lot. I'd rather travel to Tilgate Co-op; the store is always a mess with cages in the aisles for management to hide behind instead of manning the tills and they have their own closing times from ALL other stores which are too early!

stocked ok. but only 1 staff on tills and rest stocking shelfs. have to que everytime morning noon or night. ive stopped using this branch because takes so long to get served.

A decent shop, although a bit pricey. Handy if you've forgotten something, I think they stay open till 8 pm. Used to have a lot of special offers, not sure if they still do.
