Pastries bought today which is 18/06/22 and pastries out of date already best before 17/06/22 and with black mouldie surprise. Not first time when they selling out of date items. Wouldn't recommend

I buy from them online, they have some products that I can't find in other shops. Delivery always fast. This time they've made a genuine mistake of stating the wrong item weight on the website. When emailed about it, sorted very quickly and gave partial refund for my order. Very good and polite service. Will buy from them again. Thank you.

I used Baltic Food for the first time today. This is only my second year making a full traditional Lithuanian Christmas Eve so I was unorganised and clueless. The ladies in the shop were SO helpful!!! Amazing service! We have no Lithuanian stores near us so I will be returning!
