Sainsbury's Local

I was here a couple of days ago on my way home from work later on in the evening. The staff provided great customer service that you would expect from Soansburys, and reasonably decent sized for a Sainsbury's Local with a cash point outside, a good selection of fresh fruit and other product you would typically find in a small shop

Sorry but I wasn’t really impressed. I can understand it’s local branch with basic essential stuff but very poor customer service. Staff should represent the company they’re working for not their own personalities. Moody staff. No hi no bye no smile. But still 3stars because I got the stuff and it was so convenient.

Quite nice, but recently there has been less items. Not always stocked and staff have seemed rude before. But mostly nice so my fair review is 3/5

Worst shopping experience from all Sainsbury's around Oxford. You lucky if you meet alive assistant in shop, mostly self service. Messy store

It's an okay Sainsbury's.

The last thing Oxford needs is another Sainsbury's but it fills an empty building and serves a purpose. However the coffee is very good when the machine is working.

Have prominent video screens everywhere in shop. Demand you delete the photos and throw you out of the shop if you take photographs of them.

I have some sympathy for them not liking you take photos of them perhaps they should too

Just avoid it and thank me later. Staff huff n puff if have to serve. Rude customer service and everyone will get in your way in such a small useless shop.
