Quite possibly the most uncomfortable local shop in the area. Quite often the family are screaming at each other while you stand there waiting to be served, out of date food everywgeveand my visit this morning was no better. I selected some soft drinks, approached the till, set my items down and the owner just stood there with his hand out not saying a word, when I asked how much it was he tried overcharging me and didn't even bother with my change! Won't be going there again. Plenty of other small businesses in the area I can support and I suggest others do the same.

Stood in shop for 5 mins before anyone came to serve, such an ignorant man ....he is paid to send and receive Hermes parcels. He sorted parcel I gave him to send then I was waiting to pick up a parcel that had been delivered there for me, he stopped serving me all of a sudden and served person behind me, then the person behind me again.....I asked him what on earth he was doing, he said " you will stand there and wait while I serve my customers who are buying from my shop' when I am free I will then serve you to receive parcel!! I told him in no uncertain terms while customers felt awkward. I will Never ever set foot in there again...reported him to his shop chain but nothing heard back!! Wonder why!

Absolutely disgusting selling out of date food from January they don’t have a clue about customer service and the older gentleman is slimy towards young girls my daughters hate going there.

I walked in the shop with my buddy doing nothing wrong, he started screeming at us saying what you want to buy. He kicked out my mate for having no money even thogh i was buying him something. Absolutly shocking, they were not even wearing masks.

I use the snappy shopper app to order from here as I live other side of maesteg and everytime I’ve ordered the guy who owns the shop brings my delivery and we have a great chat he’s a very happy and friendly man and only once I’ve ever had a problem with a delivery and he phoned me and gave me free delivery as well as sorted the issue highly recommend downloading snappy shopper and ordering from them
