Just like to say the staff are fantastic, But the day time manager is not interested in supply staff to cover and to run the spar post office after 6pm on Wednesday and Thursday's

Nice local clean and tidy store with a large variety of essentials, car parking at the front of the store is limited and can be full at busy times. There is a post office at the rear of the store. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

Much more pleasantly lit and spacious than most local convenience stores.

Today one lady got refused to get served at the post office at spar. The worst thing I ever heard. Can any one explain it to me?

Someone needs to retire or get a new job. Miserable cow. No please, no thank you. Sorry to disturb you while buying from your store. I feel very uncomfortable being served by this woman every time I go in there. Not sure if spar reads these reviews, but worth rating.

Shopped at Spar today I bought 3 items woman magazine 1.99 reduced Cadbury choc desert pots 45p on label and pk 2 syrup sponges reduced to 65p on label I was charged £5.13 I realised when walking back to car I was over charged by £2.13 ! Not a great deal but still it's the principle !
Went back into shop as they hadn't given me a receipt and had left the shop wouldn't do anything!
So definitely won't be shopping there again absolute rip off !
I'm sure it's illegal not to offer you a receipt?
How would ppl manage if they had to prove walking out if you were stopped you had paid?

I've never had any problems with this shop. Does what it's there for.
