They are the best cookies ever.
They have a massive selection and the staff is very friendly. There are also two entrances so that the queue isn't that long.
I highly recommend as this should be a must visit when you come to London.
Ps: they also do vegan cookies.
My first time to try the same and I am in love.
The best must try cookie is the orange and chocolate flavour and u will be craving for more before you know.
Kudos to the creator.
There was a line by their kiosk, but the wait wasn’t too bad. The options they served weren’t in a great variety but pretty decent with 5-6 kinds. We had their signature & classic Chocolate Chip and it was good & satisfying.
I was told and encouraged that Ben's cookies is the best and it is a must to try.
While I had my doubts that it wouldn't be that amazing, I still have a mixed feeling about it.
PRICE
First of all the price is ridiculous, just one cookie cost £1.80! That's almost £2! Krispy Kreme single glazed doughnut cost £1.20 to £1.50.
I know Ben's Cookies encourages people to buy bundle of cookies, but it is outrageous to spend almost £2 just to try out one piece of cookie.
TASTE
Taste is indeed good and I would not outright claim they do the best cookies.
I love Morrisons Caramel milk chocolate cookies, Tesco' s Raspberry and white chocolate, and white chocolate and Caramel. Those are cookies I will never get tired of, plus they cost £1.50 - £2 for 5 PIECES.
I tried the white chocolate and macadamia. And yes it did taste nice, it was extremely soft too. Albeit the good thing I do flavour Ben's cookies over Tesco and Morrisons cookie is that, Ben's cookies have that tasty delicious taste that feels natural. However the sweetness of Tesco and Morrisons cookies has a strong sugar taste.
SERVICE
The person serving me was nice and polite, no issues here. It was not busy. And this particular store allows 1 person max to enter in the store. There is another service counter just on the right side, where you can order drinks with your cookie.
The store did look very clean, and unfortunately they only take card no cash. I was told that when they brought out the cookies fresh from the oven, they are warm/hot and taste better.
OVERALL
I would not outright claim Ben's Cookies are the best, but I do not agree with their pricing.
But I would recommend that if you are a sweet tooth, you love cookies or just like desserts. I would strongly recommend you try out Ben's cookies, because they do other cookie flavours you never tried.
If you have tried White chocolate raspberry cookies, milk chocolate Caramel cookies, or white chocolate and Caramel cookies. I would strongly suggest you try Ben's cookies flavours.
Ben's cookies is a cookie you need to try once in a while. And I need to try their cranberry white chocolate and also peanut and milk chocolate.
You can give a bundle of Ben's Cookies to someone as a gift.
