Millie's Cookies

Wanted to celebrate the first show my little " Muchkin" is in at Chester Storyhouse (Wizard of Oz). Popped by late afternoon, ordered a one off that was ready the following day. Thanks all it went down a treat - literally ;)

Amazing, friendly staff that go above and beyond. I needed a last minute anniversary gift for my partner and Natalie was able to make a personalised large cookie in 15 minutes for me to take home. Thank you so much for being so accommodating, made our day.

I visited this store with my children today
I asked for 2 slices of double cookie , 2 ice creams and 2 milkshakes.
Was told they had ran out of milk and couldn't do any milkshakes.
I just ordered the 2 slices of double cookie and 2 ice creams.
I was not told how much it would be so I handed the male a £20 note. He passed me my change and dropped it behind counter, so I do not know if I got my correct change or how much I was charged
Very disappointed with this visit, was my first and last visit to this store

Lovely staff and delicious cookies. When Natalie and John (manager) learned of our social event for Ukranian Refugees, they kindly donated 24 cookies for the event! Needless go say they were all eaten with relish! Thanks Millies Cookies Chester 🍪

Great service! Supported myself and other University of Chester Events Management students by donating Millie’s cookies for our bake sale to help raise money for our event which is in aid of Kids Bank Chester. The cookies went down a treat at the bake sale. Would definitely recommend!

I would just like to say thank you to the two ladies that were working on Sunday 20th November in the Chester store. My daughter fainted and I needed water for her and these two ladies helped me with that. So I would like to say thank you to them both.

My partner buys me one of your giant cookies every year for my birthday, I absolutely love them, and it makes my birthday when I receive one 🤍

Ran about 45 minutes late for picking up a box of 24 cookies that i already paid for. Was told by the woman at the counter that she did me a favour by keeping them for me although i already paid for the order! Poor customer service. Will not order from there again.
