I got my car stuck on a raised curb (stupidly) but called Eversure as I had gold cover (£38 a year)… they got a huge great big truck out and pulled it off causing no damage to the undercarriage of my car. Then that was that, no hidden fees or hassle at all. Really friendly on the phone.

With regards to auto renewals that others have complained about, you get multiple reminders by text and email before they even attempt it, like ALL insurance companies…

Wouldn't come out for my son as his car was older than 16 yrs within the year of his breakdown policy. I feel this should have been flagged up more obviously than in the tiny T and Cs. Have his car reg so should have alerted me to the need to take out "older car" policy. Buyer beware.

Be very wary of this company Clearly have no understanding of the Data protection Act and requirement to remove peoples data when requested to do so.
Refusing to remove my card and will continue to auto renew my daughters policy against my card without my permission.

Reported and now blocked by my card provider

I advise people to think twice before taking a policy out with this bad company ,and not just through my own experience,,

ZERO STARS. They’re fabricating views just to wash out the fact that they are scam artists I urge everyone to avoid them as you are paying for NOTHING. Money out of your pocket for them to claim you actually have no breakdown. I assure you we will be taking action!

DO NOT RECOMMEND EUROPEAN BREAKDOWN POLICY. They left me a single woman stranded on a French motorway services with a flat tyre because I did not read their T's and C's on page 7. Any company that puts that on page 7 Does not want to pay for my claim of £119.79

Great service for a claim on excess car insurance. good communication and friendly

Buyer beware! In their policy wording, it clearly states they cover the breakdown of vans but just to make sure I emailed them to make sure. Now things get a little confusing and they say no we do not cover vans and send some screens on a different part of their website.
Then when I say ok not any good for me and policy is just about to start they say ok we will refund but charge you an amendment fee 0f £8.50. Rased a complaint about this. If you are thinking of buying with them and they are like this to start I dread to imagine what they are like in a claim position.
