Purchased a red dot sight from them little under a year ago which unfortunately stopped working. I gave them a quick call about the issue, and the Gentleman on the phone who I believe was called lee let me know without any quabbles that the item was still under warranty and to send it back for a repair or replacement, or they could arrange for collection themselves. A week later I received a brand new replacement. Excellent swift service, I'd be happy to use them again.

Rang up to buy a night vision scope. I was told I had to order it on line even though I was already on the phone. So I did. Waited 5 days nothing arrived. So I rang up to be told they had cancelled my order for some reason. No e mail or phone call to tell me . And to add insult to injury I have to wait another 5 days to get my money back. And no apology wot so ever. Very unhappy ex customer

I searched the internet for a decent thermal monocular and Scott Country beat all other prices hands down BUT that’s not always the most important thing, as customer service wins me over all the time. I ordered Thursday morning and Friday lunchtime my package arrived. Fantastic service and will definitely be using again

I have to say these guys are great. I bought the sightmark wraith 4k ultra and it had a fault. They sent a replacement the next day and refunded my return postage. I've had a few things from them and will I'm sure again you can trust these guys.

Bit of a mix up with delivery address but I can honestly say their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. All sorted we have our scope. Many thanks guys

I bought a recon cd3 rip shooting sticks from them, cost £600 . No issue with the goods, absolutely top class, however to my horror it didn't include the hog saddle, this was an extra £300. SO in total £900 for my shooting sticks. When I called regarding this I was told that I should have read the small print. Now scott country have several videos on u tube and all of them show pig saddle. They even have one which shows straight out of the bag, and guess what, pig saddle. DISGRACEFUL SERVICE.

Purchased a thermal imaging Monocular 2 years ago and everything was spot on with payment and delivery. I am now in a position to upgrade to a better scope I have tried calling, emailing a number of times yet no reply poor customer services.
