I have worked with Pinnacle for over 20 years and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to enhance their document management. Well done Pinnacle!

Steer well clear of this company.
Purchased equipment from them last year, all of which now sits redundant as it's useless. Even their sales team confirmed it should never have been sold to us as it wasn't fit for our needs. Would give 0 stars if that was possible. Note the 5* Google review is from the MD of their Telecom company.

Editing this review as a response to confirm that my comments above are certainly not part a bogus review. I have been in touch with the Managing Director of Pinnacle, who has been unresponsive to communications from our company. The issues are far from resolved and we're in the process of legal action.
