I did a hygiene today, initially they gave me the price of £ 70 when I booked, after the visit the price was £ 100, the dentist did not do a good job and I still have stains on the inside of the teeth

Not the best. Avoid

Worst dentist I've ever been in. Dentist was very rude. Receptionist was very slow. Definitely not going back

Excellent care and professional team. The dentist is very patient and explained prognosis and procedure clearly, also answered any questions I had before treatment which helped put me at ease

Been going to this dentist for some years. The receptionist is always friendly and the dentist I saw for my work was sympathetic honest and explained in detail what we could do. The cost was provided at the outset and although expensive there were no hidden extras. I have now completed the work I needed/wanted and am delighted. I felt looked after with a dentist who genuinely cares and has pride in his chosen field.

I just called this dentist to book myself in for a appointment and register. It's been long overdue as I have bad teeth, I have low confidence. I've just called this dentist and to my relief they had a appoint for me on Monday 20th February. I said I would probably need dentures. The receptionist lady laughed at me and said "you're only 26 why would you need dentures" I was shocked and felt very judged and I replied to her and said how unprofessional and judgmental for you to say that to me. She did apologise and then proceeded to gaslight me and tell me I'm taking it the wrong way. I asked to speak to someone else to complain about her, and I asked for her name. She said she won't give it to me, and kept me on the phone to ignore me. I still wanted my appointment, and she cancelled it because i was going to complain about her.
I was so close to going down there, but instead I've chosen to write this review. Very upset with how I was spoken to and judged by the receptionist. Disgusting lady.
