Grace on the till was incredible with me. Helped convince the boy he didn't need 2 bombs as his lemon one was the best and explained what I would be donating to charities for. Also gave me a little pot of fave mask to help me sleep as I mentioned I wasn't.
Excellent service. We will come back.x

Absolutely out of this world customer service from Dani today. Our daughter went to spend her birthday money and Dani helped her in such a helpful and kind way, the advice was so client centered and a truly wonderful shopping experience. My daughter had her party here the weekend just gone.
Communication was brill for the lead up to the party, they was so welcoming when we got there.
The kids were kept entertained the whole 1 and half hours and had the best time. The parents messaged me after to say how much fun their child had, they also went home with so many goodies!

I visited recently with my daughter before she went to university in London to buy some items and had a great experience. We travelled from Boston as it was our closest store. Very good customer service from Maria on the shop floor. She was very knowledgeable and was very helpful. She wasn't 'selling' products to us but she seemed to really care that we had all the information about the products to make our decision. She is a great asset to the company. Very friendly

Had a fabulous time at the Halloween Bubble Bar workshop led by Mel. All the staff were so lovely and inviting. Would love to do something like this again! x

Popped in this evening as it was my little girls birthday and she wanted to spend her birthday money. A lovely lady called Jess came over to her and was absolutely lovely with her. She took her time explaining everything to her and helping her choose. Jess went above and beyond and was so kind she made Katie's day.

We have had the most amazing party for my 6 year old hosted by Jess and Dawn. We met Jess months ago when booking the party and she really tailored the entire party to suit us, giving us all treats and samples, smells and facts about all of your amazing products. She took full control of the party and made it absolutely magical. I wouldn’t change a thing, she and dawn completely made my daughters birthday celebrations and made things so much easier for me, including my 2 year old ( which I wasn’t sure how she would behave). I was able to explore the store for my favourite items whilst being informed of all the new products available.

Great start to my day and I've walked away smelling fabulous as always with the classic Snow Fairy to keep me company. 🧚‍♀️ ( and Loki)
