I had a New Mum treatment session today and it was brilliant. The therapist, Emma, was lovely and very professional. I would definitely recommend this treatment to any new mums

I had back, shoulders, neck and sculp massage.so easy to book online, reasonable charges. Emma was great and thourogh. I recommend this place.

Great therapists ... Spa needs modernisation and expanding. Waiting two months for an appointment is not acceptable and using paper towels for "environment" reasons, but cost cutting is not acceptable when you are paying 75gbp+ for a massage. If it wasn't for the therapists, then it would be a one or two star. Clarins really need to get this spa back to the standards of other ones urgently.
