Lush Cosmetics Exeter

Super friendly and helpful member of staff really went out of her way to advise me on some haircare products. Came away with what I wanted and some sample to try. Very happy customer and all the bunnies are happy too at not being tested on! Win win!

I took my 8 year old son to choose some bath bombs today. This was the first time we have visited Lush. I was really blown away by the customer service we received by Izzy. She was so friendly and welcoming. She showed us a variety of products by listening to what my son likes. We literally walked out feeling better than when we walked in and with some exciting new bath treats and a lip balm :) Thank you Izzy .

Genuinely cannot be more grateful for Abby at the Exeter Lush store. Not only was she so incredibly patient, kind and welcoming in helping my daughter choose a new bath bomb, Abby went above and beyond in every way during our visit and she genuinely could not have been friendlier. Store and area manager should be so so proud having Abby as an employee and i really do hope she is given the praise she deserves, she made both mine and my daughters day before heading to Exeter carnival. They were really great. The girls had such fun. All was well organised, they kept their interest up at all times, making sure everyone was involved. And I got a hand and arm massage. What a bliss. So thank you.Will be back for my second daughter's party in March.

I had a great experience in this shop today. I was served by Gillian, who was very helpful and showed me a range of products. I came out of the shop feeling very happy with my purchases and a few freebies from special offers!

I had the best, as always, customer experience today. I went into store after phoning up last night to sort out an issue with my purchase (i bought a bath bomb in the Boxing Day sale, and noticed when i got home that it somehow didn’t actually make it into the bag), and straight away was met with an apology! Not only this, but the lovely lady on the til (i think she was called Cass, she had a blue beanie on), gave me two free bubble bars as compensation, and allowed me to pick out two bath bombs of my choice- amazing! Just incredible customer service from all of the workers at Lush, especially Cass. It is, and will continue to be, my favourite place to shop. Amazing! Thank you!

I went into LUSH Exeter to pick up something to celebrate that I had just passed an accountancy exam. Hannah was so lovely and managed to recommend a new product based on what I have previously liked (but had been discontinued) and even gave me a couple of samples of other products.
