We went in 11th April and was lucky to arrive at the meet the makers event. It was amazing fun from the moment we walked in until we sadly left....... would have stayed for ages but Lego called.
Every member of staff was exceptional, it didn't feel like a shop, it felt like hanging out with friends, having a good time, listening to horrible histories, dancing, singing.....hay it was a party!
Top marks for everyone, we can't wait to come back again and buy more bath bombs. Thank you Jo and team from Kaye, Nicholas and Olivia X X X

I love the new store layout! The staff are super welcoming and pleasant especially Sophia who helped me choose products for my hair! Lovely chat and she gave me so many amazing samples with my purchase to help find a good revive for my hair! I'll absolutely be coming back soon!!

Already left a review so, want to leave another! My daughter Blue had her birthday party today and the staff were fantastic!! The kids were captivated by the educational yet fun games. They played David Bowie for my daughter. They made the day unique and super special. I highly recommend these guys for something a little different! Much love from Kia and Blue!

We had a mini party workshop today with my two children and their best friends. Jo hosted the party and she was amazing! Funny, knowledgeable and patient with the children. She made it super fun and all the kids had a great time! Thanks Lush Bluewater!

We had our daughters 11th birthday party here and I have to say it was absolutely brilliant. Jo and George were fantastic hosts and kept all the girls captivated, smiling and giggling throughout the whole evening. We loved the mix of fun games with educational aspects and also the pamper part. Thank you so much, my daughter hasn’t stopped smiling! It was so much fun. Thank you also to the whole team at the Bluewater store for being so welcoming from initial booking to us attending the party. Would highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Kathy in the Bluewater store. She was really sweet and listened to exactly what I was after. Wow, just wow!!! What an amazing lush store. I went in yesterday for a Care Package, I am making for my friend as her newborn is poorly in hospital. I was looking for things I could get, but I was struggling. I am not going to lie, I was couldn’t lost …when a lovely young man asked if he could help. He knowledge was amazing, very friendly and caring. I’m so grateful for his help and kindness. I didn’t catch his name, I wish I had because he’s amazing an his job :) Thank you again xxx
