I was on the hunt for a new mineral sunscreen cuz that's what I prefer. I passed by the Clarins counter. I asked the girl there if their spf was mineral she said yes and I trusted her and bought it cuz I was in a hurry. Came home to realise it uses all chemical UV filters. I admit I should have done my research but the fact that the girl at the counter literally lied to my face annoys me. I guess the staff needs better training and needs to be more knowledgeable about ingredients. I was very disappointed as this was my first purchase of the brand and it has totally turned me off now

I have been trying to contact them to book in an appointment and they are just not answering the phone!I understand they are busy,but there should be an option to leave a voicemessage with your name and number so someone actually comes back to you later on.1 week of trying every single day with no success.the customer service is worst then ever!
