Rubbish customer service. I booked an appointment and they let me down ( having waited 4 hours for my slot). I couldn't hang around any longer as had to return to Worcester. Waste of time. Customer services have been poor too.

Staff are really friendly and patient and don’t go in with the hard sell and try to pressure you to buy. Also honest if a shade doesn’t match which is something I value.

Friendly, helpful staff. It was a short visit at a non-busy time but I gather the range and quality of their products says it all.

Visited this store yesterday. The layout is lovely, great makeup consultation and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. I had a foundation colour match and Bryony was really knowledgeable on the whole BB product range. I came away with the perfect match foundation and other goodies. I was made to feel welcome and enjoyed the experience, thanks.

Zero customer service - visited today Sunday at about 4pm - I was the only customer in the store & no wonder. Dreadful customer experience. One of the 3 assistants asked if they could help me. I asked if they were doing anything in particular for Spring, Spring colours. She turned to her colleague and repeated what I had said. The colleague replied to her "What d'ya mean?" I explained what I meant - Bobbi Brown often runs seasonal colour palettes. She replied "Na nothing like that". So I left the store. They could have taken the opportunity to promote themselves. I was in the mood to spend money. I will never go back to this store.

Really engaging and helpful staff.

The girl who helped me was really friendly, she showed me items she thought I would be interested in but not in a pushy way.

The ladies helping me at the store today were incredibly helpful, knowledgeful and lovely. She took her time to tell me which products work best for me, taught me how to use them and shared knowledge around makeup in general - so lovely, thank you x

Yes I got a teeny pot of face primer as a free sample... love it and I'm wearing it today. ...its really lovely to apply and leaves the skin soft and a great base for my make up
