How difficult can it be to amend your council tax bill from 10 months to 12 months...well Preston city council let you listen to every option and then when you get through they say all are advisors are busy call back later.
sorry you are ripping people off every year just employ more people.

As a tourist to your city I was shocked at the littered streets. It is a dirty place. There is no effort to make your residents put trash in the bins. Maybe implement some sort of fine for litter. It is a dirty city. Shocking. Walking on the streets even in Fishergate and around is filthy.

It is completely unacceptable for the Harris Library not to provide its readers WiFi access, in spite of the temporary relocation. Please ammend the situation ASAP!

No appointment available, no one to take a call. The worst Customer Service I ever had to deal with.
FYI Councils in UK don't have public toilet available for people. It's standard in every other part of the world but not in UK.

I’d give no stars if it were an option. Please do something about the ice, the amount of people that have had accidents on these pavements due to the neglect of public safety is appalling.

Horrendous to deal with as im serving overseas i am trying to claim council tax relief but they still haven't sent the relevant paperwork (months of asking )dont answer emails or calls. My partner has had to sit in the office and refuse to move unless seen to. Blame covid 19 even though all the restrictions have been lifted cant be bothered coming into work ! They also put the phone down on you aswell. Beware this council is like a disease!
