As a regular user of llanishen library I find the the two ladies Diane and Denise very helpful and able to recommend books and audio discs for me which they have accustomed to my likes and dislikes . I am now clearly upset to find out when the new hub opens in llanishen police station they will not retain their existing jobs. Could somebody tell me why ? Will I get the same service at the new one ?

Dreadful in library. Ramp hard to negotiate with walking aid, so steep.

Library staff not up to date seem to be training but giving wrong information to clients.

So pleased that we finally have a a community centre. We take the kids here often to choose new books. The staff are really friendly and they run lots of clubs and activities.

Worst hwb in cardiff by a mile, avoid at all cost, staff are ignorant, made a mistake by going there with my childs admission form for school, not helpful at all, don't even know if they actually scanned the documents and sent to council, person in charge of this should be fired, he's not interested in working there which he made obvious. Was reluctant to provide a receipt only if I filled in a feedback form, I wonder why?

Always happy with the results when I choose books 📚 I can order it if they are not on the shelf. People are doing great job helping me to require some books or suggesting what else to read from the preferred collections. Access for disabled people on place and plenty of room for people that want to read something there. Few computers for research and work and free consultation with consultants about benefits or jobs or other issues. I am gladly recommending a visit especially that you can find a parking space before lunch time or afternoon. Shopping in the village and drinking a cuppa with my book is a lovely day spent! ❤️Ohhh by the way I took 7 books at once! Of course I read one by one and I shared. 😜

Wonderful helpful people who were happy to give me a room in qhich to teach bridge and now continue to run the club for those who attended.
Cannot praise them highly enough.

Although a small library there is an excellent choice of books. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

I'm glad I started going to the hub/ library in Llanishen. I have joined the Crime & Coffee Book Club, where each month we read a book and discuss our thoughts about. They are a lovely & friendly group of people. I've also joined the creative flash fiction classes with a few from the book club. These are all free.
