Took our puppy for a play in the sand this place is much nicer since being taken over, no litter and it's so close to home for us. Paying £1.50 for an hour to park is not an issue to have fun with the dog.

Very pretty place to walk. Good food available at the grill. On the expensive side to park. Shame the toilets are just port-a-loos.

We love taking a walk around here with the dog. There is so much space and loads of places to explore. The views are amazing across the lake and the dog loves a paddle. There is a food stand on site and parking is cheap. The staff are very friendly and love a chat about all the new things they’ve got going on in the future. Great place for all ages.

This place is new and has lots of potential. It has a very very spacious car park which cost £2.50 for all day parking. It is a must pay system as your number plate is logged. There is a new food and drink stand just started up. It had only been there a week whilst I was there. The staff are EXTREMELY helpful and very nice to talk to. The paths around the park are accessible for wheelchairs. There is a lake with a lovely beach. LOVED IT!!

Really pretty and secluded if you want a nice air b n b to stay at for a weekend. The walks were amazing and the lake was beautiful

Pleasant place to escape to near King's Lynn, but lacking in facilities compared to other nearby woodland sites such as Sandringham (no play area, permanent cafe, etc). Has a lot of potential though and the trails around the lake afford some great views.

Beautiful place, great for walks, sunbathing, good food there, not great, but good enough for everyone. Car park was ok. I personally recommend the smaller lake, is more quiet since the bigger one is close to the main road, and the cars make quite allot of noise while they are passing by

This has the potential to be a really fantastic place for walks and enjoying the lakes etc. The place has already seen a lot of investment, but just needs something more to make it feel even better. I suspect that the existing investment has resulted in the extortionate parking costs.
