Blackberry picking along the river. Had a lovely time. Lots of cyclists along the way, some areas a little narrow for passing especially with a pushchair.
A pleasant walk. Nice picnic area by the carpark
Parking was £1 an hour. Payment on exit by card.
Toilets were closed due to vandalism

A very nice park to explore whether on foot or by bike. The paths are wide and the terrain is flat so it is very easy to cycle here. It is also a very large park so you could spend the whole day here. The white water rafting centre is also accessible where you can buy food and drink.

A really pleasant walk enhanced by the unusual large wooden carvings or you may call sculptures set in fields along the way. This was my first visit, it won't be my last

Beautiful parkland area with miles of walks! Plenty of tarmac pathways if you need or prefer something more 'solid' under foot. But equally you can wander of the set paths if you want, and the path along the River Lea is great! You have to pay for the car park (car parks on both sides of the Lee Valley) so be prepared, but you can do this by phone I think? Anyway, a great natural space to de-stress and get some fresh air!

The Country Park is a great place to spend time if you like peace and quiet. Has several different trails with lots of woodlands. The canal walk is excellent, some interesting canal boats to see. Overall a very peaceful Country Park.

Amazing set up. Watch the athletes negotiate the rapids. The Café should have been designed with a roof garden to enhance the views. Also would have been good to have many more sears around the course for better viewing.

Visited with family. Great for kids to embrace nature peace and quiet and loads of sculptures to climb and play upon. Various car parks around the trails. Paths wide enough to cycle or walk and follow the canal .

Great place to visit either for a bit of respite or a family day out. Plenty of walking options, long or shorter, and plenty to look out for through the wetlands! Lovely.
