APC Overnight - National Sortation Centre

Redditch APC depot is hands down the most disrespectful and lying delivery service ever.

The driver accuses the sender that it arrived destroyed. He then proceeds To come and deliver a second box with no mask or gloves or any regard for my safety. It is clear the driver whilst loading it in the morning destroyed the box. I had previously complained but was laughed at and told I was wrong and they were right. The proof is in the pictures.

He enters the doorway and past my door thresh hold with out permission or protection.

APC claims to focus on the customer but they have told the sender and myself that they will speak to the driver lmao.

How would you feel if the box was clearly damaged by the delivery company who has a personal grudge cause you decide to stand up for yourself.

APC does not follow Covid 19 safe policy even though they claim to.

Had a delivery of important MEDICATION specifically paid for next day delivery. I watched as the driver pulled up, decided he couldn’t be bothered to get out the van and marked my delivery as “delivery not possible”

Thanks for absolutely nothing.

EDIT: Changing my review from 1 star as after a few calls they agreed to deliver on the same day, later on. Still not ideal but I appreciate the resolution.

Disappointing. I knew I wouldn’t be home when I received an email saying my delivery was out, so I requested to leave in a safe place. It wasn’t so received an email saying I missed my delivery. Rearranged for a day my husband was off and he missed it. Was told it was attempted again but both times I had no notification so had no idea of the 3rd attempt. Depo was 2 hour round trip.

Worse delivery company I have ever seen.. its says over night delivery but its nothing like that. I don't understand why businesses still use this company . Every time I call them they say . Its been delayed and will deliver tomorrow but that tomorrow never comes. I would request those business company if u think to use APC for ur delivery .. Avoid it. Because you will loose your customers.. one star is too much this company.. will not recommend At all... Avoid it..

Lean and treat others the pain and gain that makes work easier that give people an place to think for them self.s

Another poor delivery company, said two attempted deliveries and a card left. no card was left, I assume no delivery attempt either.

Ordered an item, the company used APC Overnight as the courier. The company placed a note to call me 1 hour before to ensure I can be there to open the shop for the delivery. Driver did not do this so I was informed delivery will be rescheduled for following day. Spent the entire day waiting since 8am (outside our shop opening hours), called between 4-5 times for updates (with different members of team), kept on being told it will be at some point that day and that they could not get in contact with driver. After the 5th call around 3.30pm was told the delivery had not left the depot as the driver thought the shop will be closed.... Spoke to Steve Calvert the Birmingham depot manager to complain who apologised but did not seem bothered about the poor service. Was simply told will be delivered tommorow and to call in morning to get an ETA, no ownership taken of the complaint. Poorly run depot. Delivery was delayed.
