Outstanding Company. I have worked with Them for over 3 years now. They always looking after Their employees, In few words: "If You treat them well - They will treat You well". The most of the driving jobs are very exciting. I've been to pretty much everywhere You can imagine in U.K. and the rest of the Europe. Wages are paid correctly and always on time with no a single delay.
The Office staff are polite and friendly. If You're in trouble - They will try to do Their best to help You out.
GREAT Company to work for and with.
100% Recommended!!! 👍😎

I went for an induction on Saturday 13th October the guy who did my induction came across really well ECT ECT. I had lots of questions and after reading these reviews I was sceptical however continued to push on with the application. So I took my uniform which contained one polo and one high vis.
Got home my polo stunk someone had previously worn it and it hasn't even been washed so I washed it ready to start my day on Monday after shelling it 200 pound on equipment and uniform so dash cam new boots trousers bags for over night stays ECT cleaning products the lot to ensure I was ready for my days ahead. It came Sunday and the process is if you get a text with a job then your in if not you wait to be contacted. Sony waited I got woke up this morning to my watts app going off with other drivers moaning about why someone's van wasn't washed cleaned and fuelled up. Which was a bit of a joke and put me off so 12.00pm come by still not heard a word so rang up to be told your on standby each week and wait to be contacted when your contacted get to.the unit within 40 minutes ready to set off. You don't get any money whilst waiting to be called out so not secure income. I was told it was one week on one week off call. I think these guys are cow boys they get you to sign a working time directive for to say you will most likely be working away a lot and doing long hours ECT but it turn out you most likely won't get any.
I'm hardworking hands on reliable ECT but these have wasted my time and my money sorting things to equipt myself ready for work. Avoid avoid avoid. They will try life you in with saying you can earn lots of money each week. But I doubt it even happens. I don't trust this company at all and they are just a numbers game the more people they sign up.the more people the have to pick.up and drop. Please just keep away inhale it the benefit of the doubt and luckily I have something to fall back on But I came out of employment to join these cow boys but kept a back up plan.incase it didn't work.after reading the before comments.

Done a couple of days for this company way back in november, not received a penny wages off them to this day. Lorrys are old and in bad condition. Would give no stars if i could. Avoid working for this company at all costs.

Would be zero stars if I could. I worked here for a short period off time was laid off near the end of my probation for being late 4 days in 6months. Which wouldve been ok if I had generally been lazy but the shifts following the 4 late times were all over 14hours with a short rest period in between no longer than 4 hours rest is against the driving laws. Appealed being sacked due to the reason stated hear. And explained a few other issues to one off the owners but it got harder and harder to reach him for an update and still to this day I have no update.

I remember driving from derby to A66 (Scotland) and then on to london. Hadnt been given enough time to reach destination and have my breaks. Carrying a important pharmaceutical load so rang office and asked if I could stop for a break because I was falling asleep and was told they would rather I crashed the van than stop and was told to take break after I had dropped load.

Dont get me wrong the pay was amazing but to achieve the amazing pay I worked ridiculous hours. No family time or social life and you take burning the candle at both ends to another level. Some staff are really nice and helpful and some arent. To get a day off you have too book a holiday and use up your holiday just to have a rest day. Otherwise if theres work you keep working. They say you can say no to the work texts but I dont believe they understand what no means. Or they punish you for saying no.

The new Van's are great the old ones not so great and when your in them 10+ hours they make your body hurt. The fridge units are great when it's cold but in summer take ages to drop to a minus setting. They tell you to take an overnight bag everytime you go work. An over night bag to me is one night away from home. What they really mean is take a weeks worth of clothes with you. I know a driver they told to wash his clothes in the sink and dry on the radiator because he ran out of clean clothes.

Pros to this company. Some drivers are friendly and helpful. Good money if you dont mind breaking the law. Seeing the uk and being paid.

Cons. No driver wellbeing. Rubbish hours. No family or social life. Long hours (longest I did was 23.5 hours only stopped because one manager found me a hotel) spoken to like muck. No communication. Planners who cant plan.

I could continue writing but I think you'll get the gist off this company from this. Stay clear theres better companies out there.

I wouldn't use them for temperature controlled deliveries they had a freezer truck with a side loading door that didn't close.
The truck had driven fully loaded from Chester to Derby on a temperature controlled delivery with the side door wedged wide open.
They expected me to drive it to Brentwood in Essex after trying to wedge door closed with the force of a forklift truck.
I left after 5 hours and was told I would not be paid.
Rather go with no money than deliver a contaminated load in a faulty truck.

This company is not a good one to work for. Please stay clear of it. They have you working so many hours with a very short rest time in between shifts. This is illegal and employment law will be getting contacted. They treat drivers like rubbish. Aslong as they do the deliveries they arent bothered about your health and well being. They really run you to the ground and then people start ringing you constantly asking where you are then put more on you. This isn't right a persons health is more important than a delivery. Its dangerous and there is going to be a serious incident they will have to deal with if they arent careful. Oh and just for the record I was not a dismissed driver as the reply states. Numerous people have worked for this company and not been paid and left in hardship.

The most useless company I have ever seen.
I did work for them one day as a lorry driver and they kept me in the office for one hour filling a ton of paperwork with info they already were given previously.
After that I had to wait another 3 hours to be loaded and once I was loaded the lorry broke down so I had to wait to be fixed. At the end of the day they blamed me for not being able to complete the deliveries and offered me only an 8 hour payment instead of 14 hours which they were supposed to pay me.
On top of that they called met the following week demanding that I go back to download my tacho card again even if they had done this in front of me when I finished my shift.
I sent them a printout and they still demanded me to go back not caring about the fact that I lived almost 50 miles away and would have been a long journey and not my fault but theirs.

Avoid this guys at all costs!!
