Mail Boxes Etc. Summertown

I’ve been to MB Etc. Summertown a few times in the past six months, and I will keep relying on this place for all things mail, print, etc. Reason being is staff member, Alex - her professionalism, and great work ethics are evident. Her hard work, attention to customer needs and good skills in resolving all inherent challenges/situations are such important assets in keeping this business running!

Charged me £2.10 for printing out my pre-paid postal label. I wasn't told this until after she had printed it off. Had I of known this then I would of just printed it off at home.

Very efficient, experienced and informative long-term staff, Friendly and fast service. Thoroughly reliable, and can turn out beautiful colour photocopies for special occasions (lecture handouts, catalogues, high-quality reproductions of art works). I have been using this particular shop for years and find them top--notch.

We shipped a box to Italy for Christmas. The prices were very high and the people here kept trying to upsell. The package never arrived, was never returned, and the people in this shop were absolutely useless in terms of trying to resolve the situation. High prices. Poor service. The only thing going for them is the location. But I’d encourage you to make a trip to somewhere else for your shipping needs.
