Nuneaton Magistrates' Court

DVLA vs Gary A Davies.

I was totally railroaded, I was told that I had no right to address the court as I wasn't a solicitor, the magistrates acted ultra virus in their duty to see justice was done, they wouldn't listen top any of my evidence... My advice this court see everyone as guilty until proven innocent

i would love to know how many council tax cases have been thrown out after common law jurisdiction has been claimed? many judges abandoning the courts? man over board? looking forward to finding out..
