Judges, prosecution and court usher were all rude, arrogant and very dismissive. Despite proving them wrong on all accounts including their own operator admitting to not understanding how the equipment works yet they still convict me 12 points, ban and over £2000 fine. This place seriously needs an overhaul, definitely only interested in how much money they can take and don't care about your livley hood. Asked me about hardship and what would happen if they banned me. Well I'll have to quite my job as I need to drive to get to work. Did that bother them....nope. We'll hammer you for the maximum your current pay allows, we'll also ban you too so even though you'll lose your job, you'll still need to pay the higher fine imposed. Prosecutor was one of the worst I've ever encountered, decided to character assasanate me on how angry I came across to CTO staff, well when you're defense is to show 3 phonecalls out of 20 because those are the 3 that show me in bad light and not the CTO staff constantly hanging up on me and being rude of course it's going to make me out to be the bad guy. But once again the magistrates who as far as I can tell are easily led by the prosecutor (who kept asking questions after I already cross examined) which I believe he is not supposed to do but I may be wrong.
My advice....if you use this court make sure you have a solicitor because you will never have a fair trial, not with these individuals there.

I attended this court for a motoring offence last week and on arrival found the security staff very helpful and friendly . The court ushers were polite and friendly too . Sadly for the staff its the minority of the public that attend the various courts that behave badly both inside and outside the building . Whilst in the Court 5 waiting area the room temperture was so hot and on speaking to a member of security he promptly opened a window much to the relief of us all. So a big shout out to all who work here.

I have been trying to phone reference a court case for 3 days and it’s too busy, if your that busy take on more staff. I’ve missed the court case which is very unfortunate. This is a terrible service.

Massively corrupt and unfit magistrate.

Don't feed the Beast!

She needs to be locked up for Fraud, Misconduct and emptying peoples bank accounts without any evidence, victims or fair hearing.

Maybe she deserves the death penalty for creating and commiting her crimes against the local community? She's stabbing us all in the back and douse not deserve to walk free in the community she has sabotaged.

The woman is Evil, corrupt and incompetent. You need to decline her invitation to attend her sham hearing and opt for a a qualified judge at the crown court as she can't be trusted.

I cannot believe this court took my sons licence for 6months and gave him a 600 pound fine for being 7mph over the speed limit .This is a disgrace. He is now on the street cause he cant pay his rent and lost his job .He said he now has nothing to live for .The judge in this court is a disgrace and does not care about people's welfare .
