I've passed an order 2 weeks ago for ribbon for my wedding booklet and today when I come to see them to ask if they have received my order, which they promised will arrive in 1 week to 10 days max, they said they it was only process today, so I will not have them on time... wedding in 12 days !!!
I will never gain buy something from this place. Hopefully Amazon exist,

I've been going here for years. They have great materials for a variety of art, from acrylic to oil paints, felt tip markers that I use instead of far more expensive brands (like Copics), and even craft paper. Staff are knowledgeable and can offer advice.

Framing services upstairs are fairly expensive, but I've never gone anywhere else so I'm unsure of competitor prices. They do amazing work though; anything I've had framed has been perfect.

This place is a real treasure trove of a shop, catering for any creatives that are into knitting, painting, modelling clay or paper. This place is definitely for you. The staff are knowledgeable and approachable, happy to let you browse if that’s what you want. Upstairs you’ll find an excellent framers where you can get anything and everything frame to your own specifications. I was looking for an art shop and found this one and was pleasantly surprised as I’m not often in Wimbledon, but I would definitely make a special visit to the shop again as it has so much to offer.

My favourite arts and craft store! Let alone suppprting a local business, yes it may be a bit more pricey then others but the staff are always happy and willing to help and they have everything you need from painting to knitting to paper crafts, no wonder I've been going here for over 20+ years!

Fantastic shop for various crafting projects you might have: knitting, crochet, decoupage, painting etc with some DIY kits available for you to get into a new hobby without investing too much into it. Great place to get a few project ideas with kids

What a horrible experience and waiste of time ! Called a shop for a specific item and get an answer that they have what I needed. Arrived to the shop (spent a 40min drive to get there ) and they say they don't have enough stock of items I was looking for.
Found a solution to buy a different product and on the way to pay for my product, got an answer that they receive payment only in card. ..No cash...
What a frustration and disappointment from a client perspective.
