Took my nephews here, aged 7 and 9, such a nice clean place for kids to have fun. The toilet wasn't particularly nice, but it was a good overall experience for the boys. I also come here often with my pals, so it's a place for all ages! The pottery is also ready to collect very quickly.

This place is lovely. Very friendly helpful staff.
The girls had an amazing time painting and it's easy to get carried away with choosing items to paint; as there is so much choice.
The only thing is if you do get carried away it can end up being pricey.

We will definitely return as they are lovely little keepsakes

I recently visited twice, unfortunately I am really unhappy with my experience.

The experience of painting the ceramics itself is lovely. That can be said.

However the first time I visited with my friend, between us we painted three objects (this came to over £50 so not a cheap session). We enjoyed this so much that I booked in when they said we could collect them to paint with my mum!

My mum and I painted a teapot and a plant pot again over £50 so overall we had spent a huge amount in this business. When painting here nothing was said to us but we understood they were busy and knew what we were doing anyway.
I asked to collect my items from my first visit and they had managed to drop bits of ceramic all over the glaze of one of my bowls.
The lady said “we can only apologise”, thankfully they did say they could fix this after I asked again, however I don’t understand how we weren’t phoned to redo this/informed when we arrived.
We were told it would be put back in the kiln with our items from this session.

When we came back to collect the teapot, plant pot and damaged bowl, the bowl was still damaged and my teapot was missing. They said it had been in the kiln and that it would be ready at that time however it was not. I went back to look for it where they keep people’s ceramics, people’s precious items are in disarray all over the shelf it’s no wonder things get broken/can’t be found. We got it refunded however were upset as we had spent time on this.

We then received a call that it had been found and had to make yet another trip to collect it only to find it has a chip in it. Not once was an apology made. If you want something sentimental I wouldn’t recommend this business at all as they don’t seem to care at all about what you have paid for and as customers who had paid quite a lot to them we felt very angry to have been treated this way.

My daughter called them today at 10am to make sure they’re open. Woman says ‘yes we’re open’
So myself and my husband took 2 of our grandchildren over at 10.30.
We stood around for a couple of minutes before the woman came over and I ask if the children could make something, at which point this woman says ‘we’re fully booked’ I said ‘but my daughter rang 30 mins ago to see if you’re open’ she said ‘yes she did but she didn’t ask if we were fully booked!’ 😡😡😡😡
She told me I could phone later & see if they had a cancellation…….nope not with her rudeness! I wouldn’t go back if she paid me! It’s not the fact they were busy, that’s understandable but her attitude was appalling

Love painting ceramics here. Although this time they didn't have that much of a variety to paint. We still managed to find something fun to paint. Will definitely visit again.

When i received my product there were patches where they didn’t smooth over the glazing before putting it into the kiln leaving patches of exposed pottery underneath making the product lumpy and poorly finished. Really really disappointed due to this poor job !!!!!!!

My Grandma and I have such fun every week picking up our creations and making new ones.
The staff are always lovely and so patient with my grandma who has dementia. By either giving her advice when she asks or listening to her many stories, no matter how many times she tells them.
This started off as a bit of fun at home during covid but now we like to stay for a hour so or so to get out of the house as it is such fun.
