The exchange rate they actually buy/sell at is worse than what they advertise online. Also very slow service, expect a long wait.

The manager is rude and arrogant but apparently head office will do nothing about him. If your a woman, i wouldnt suggest going there. He has no respect for women.

Staff speak garbled pidgeon English and ask many distracting irrelevant questions. Very tiring and frustrating experience. Buy abroad if you can.

Excellent service from Kamilas. Ground floor branch. He took the time, unprompted, to call head office to help me out with an enquiry. Pleasant. Definitely will go back again.

Expect to be served by young inexperienced school leavers who have no common sense.
Was sold a different rate to one advertised and was then told id get more money because the buying rate for the Euro was higher ?

First class service from Kamal. Excellent telephone manner and equally as courteous in person. Ground floor of Intu, opposite Costa. I ordered my currency online and the collection was quick and efficient. All packaged and ready for me. Superb. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the future for my currency.
