Such a wonderful shop. Knowledgeable and helpful staff making sure you get the right fit ballet shoes. Wouldn't go anywhere else for our dance uniform!

This shop has got amazing and beautiful dance equipment, the prices of everything is reasonable and the changing room is good, the worker there helped me immensely and everything there was quick and efficient. I recommend the shop to dance lovers of any age. I loved it!

Wonderful experience. Thorough, careful and experienced fitting of my daughter's first pointe shoes. I would heartily recommend visiting them for any ballet needs and advice. Brilliant!

Very bad customer service as they are so rude if you ask for any discount. It's ok if the store cannot offer discounts as professional seller would say it gently such as "I'm afraid we couldn't offer discount because blabla" , but the store say ' No' quite toughly with no explanation, and immediately start to worry about customer would take photos of the size and buy them online, and chase us to leave. So ridiculous! We never thought of taking photos! And even though customers buy online they can easily exchange if size not correct. The store salesperson are so narrow-minded. Customers have rights to ask for discounts especially the price is not competitive vs online, which should not be treated so rude. We are lazy to go online shopping and still bought all in the end, though the store's attitude is definitely not a seller towards a customer. We are definitely not the ones who planned to try the size and buy online, otherwise we even not waste the time to ask for the price and bargain. Even being treated like that, I guess the quality of uniform is ok. But I must say it's the worst customer experience. And I have my little daughter with me, who watched the whole thing. It's a shame!

So nice to see a business that offers excellent service and advice locally. Getting my two kitted out for the first time and Sarah and her team were so helpful. Thank you!
