Me and my girlfriend we arrived there around 3 and we where really hungry . The guy at the reception he was really nice and explain everything with detail . We went to the room and after we went down for dinner . At 5 o'clock we had to go for the spa so we wanted to eat something fast and go . The waitress she was nice but apparently something happend and we where waiting for 1 hour to be served but no one came . We went to ask and the waitress that she served as she finished her swift so we ask an another one and she said that they didn t start to prepare the food so she went straight away to the kitchen and in 15 minutes the food came . When we went to pay the manager apologised and gave as the food for free . On the offer we took it was included the room, spa and lunch . We went for our massage which it was amazing and relaxing and after we went to the pool and the sauna . The facilities is really good and clean . They have a gym as well which is good but w didn't use it because we were tired . The room that we had it was amazing and we were impressed with the toilet that it was too big and nice! The reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is because when we went for lunch the girl that she was serving as she was kind of rude and unprofessional. She was late to come and she took wrong order . They weren't too many people so we were expecting more warm sevise from her . The manager again apologise and offer as if we want to change the order but we left It like this because we were again hungry . Finnaly the next morning we went for breakfast and it was really nice. Keep it up with the good work just focused on the service as well .

Hands down the best spa experience I’ve had in London. Sure, it’s not the newest or the shiniest, but it’s rare to find a spa that has a pool you can actually swim in PLUS good sized and correct temperature saunas (two of them! Aromatherapy!) and steam room. They also have a foot bath as part of the hot/cold cycle, which I’ve never seen in any other spa, and hoses for cold water. The experience showers weren’t fully working though.

Plus, the staff were absolutely lovely and the treatments a very high standard.

Followed it up with afternoon tea overlooking the river for a perfect day! Thanks!

4.5 stars. Massage treatments were excellent, as we're heated rooms but not all attachments in the pool seemed to turn on/off correctly and the heated beds did not seem very warm. Staff very friendly, attentive and helpful. Vegetation sharing platter yummy and nice view sitting in the comfy bar area for lunch.

Great value for money, spa access is cheap and has a small but good pool, two saunas and a steam room. Air beds are very good in the pool, facilities just fine otherwise. Changing room was untidy, small and the place is in genral need of a spruce up. For the money you can't go wrong but a little tired .

Small spa. Facilities ok but not a lot of room and if busy, too many people and not enough space. Relaxation room cold and not very relaxing since it's open to a corridor. Pool was a little cold (nice when you need to cool down after the heat rooms but too cold to be in there long).

Great experience. Booked a 25mins couple massage and spa access with my friend Daniela on a rainy Saturday afternoon. The Spa wasn't overcrowded, everything was clean, noiseless, scented and in perfect order. The sauna was what I appreciated the most, but also the sanarium deserves some credit, they are situated one opposite the other and we spent most of the time there. The pool is a good size one, it does not smell of chloride like some pools I have been before, water temperature was fine, not too hot nor too cold. About the massage: a special thanks goes to Giulia, who understood clearly what I needed and made my day. A tip: there is also a relaxation room at the entrance, use it! It is furnished with chaise longues, has nice and relaxing music, tea and dried fruit.

This was a great find in the basement of a Crowne Plaza hotel in Battersea. The facilities aren’t huge but for a few hours it had enough to keep me happy. There are two saunas at different temperatures, a steam room and a small pool with some jet features. I also had a treatment and opted for the afternoon tea which were both good. My only gripe was that the towels that were provided were very crusty and looked quite old and grey rather than nice fluffy white towels that other spas provide.

3 stars as they provide DISPOSABLE cotton slippers. Immensely wasteful policy!!

Re-useable flip-flops would ABSOLUTELY add to the pleasure of this facility. Please, I implore you, to change this policy URGENTLY.

Other than the above, very good facility and the staff are helpful, friendly and extremely accommodating!
