The Little Retreat Day Spa

This place is divine! I took my mother for a treat, upgraded the afternoon tea to an hour long treatment with a glass of fizz. The fizz on arrival was arranged prior to the appointment via email so we were able to relax into the afternoon. Nothing was rushed. My mother thoroughly enjoyed her full body massage and I loved my hour long facial. In the extra time I had a lovely head, arm and shoulder massage. After we sat down to a delicious afternoon tea comprising sandwiches, a lemon posset, sponge came and huge scone! My mother is gluten free which they accommodated easily. Take your mum, take a friend, take a group, it is well worth it.

Amazing Full body massage with scalp and face massage... had me so relaxed I fell asleep... best one I've had in the whole Nottingham area including Ragdale, Eden & Clumber Park Spa!!! Will definitely be visiting again! Absolutely lovely place too, massively recommend.

Lovely location, setting and building. I had a deep tissue massage which left me feeling completely relaxed. Attention to detail with everything… from the heated oils and blanket on the bed to the refreshing sorbet afterwards… love this nice little touch. Highly recommended. Thank you

Love coming to this beautiful day spa. The staff are so lovely & always professional. They offer such a range of treatments and I've always felt well & truly pampered when leaving. The food on offer is delicious too. Would definitely recommend a visit to anyone
