I have had quite a few facials over the year at this spa and found the products great for my skin and the treatment process relaxing. The therapist has excellent knowledge of different skin conditions and recommends appropriate treatments. She is very professional, friendly and is really honest with her advise. I have also had make-up done here a few times for special occasions and the make-up artist is very good. I will continue to use this spa and highly recommend to others.

Had a ‘relaxing’ facial at this spa. The spa is well kitted and looks lovely the staff are very nice. However, the lady that does the facials might need a bit more training as anything longer than 30mins just becomes repetitive until your treatment time is complete. Staff should also not take smoke breaks before or during treatments. My facial therapist fingers reeked of cigarettes as well as her breath, mind you in order to do the treatment the therapist is leaning over your head so I had a nose full of tobacco!! The worst part was when she had two additional smoke breaks while the mask was ‘setting’. Safe to say no more facials but I will return for a massage.

I had a traditional Balinese massage which was amazing, i had several tight spots in my shoulder and I've really noticed a difference. I asked for a firm touch and it was just right. The treatment room was well decorated and clean. I would highly recommend both the salon and the treatment

I really enjoyed my visit to Aurora. I went for the hot stone massage, it was so amazing i booked another one for facials the following week. Place is really clean, smells good, relaxing, Not far from car park and great value for money too. Definitey a place to go and relax!

I had a very unfortunate experience with Aurora today. I had a facial booked for 1.30 and arrived 10 minutes early as is customary. Upon arriving I was asked to take a seat and was not offered tea, water, or any refreshments. I found this odd as I've never been to a spa where I haven't been made to feel at home and looked after right away. A couple minutes after 1.30 I asked the front desk if they were running behind. I was told that the therapist would be out in a minute or two. After over 15 minutes of waiting, I asked again and the front desk yelled back at the therapist who said they would require at least another 5 minutes - pushing us to at least 20 minutes past the scheduled slot. After another 5 minutes I decided to leave. In total I spent a total of 35 minutes at the spa waiting. I never received an apology or explanation for the tardiness. It is customary to let your clients know in advance if there is an unexpected wait. Unfortunately, no matter how wonderful my facial could have been had I stayed to wait for the therapist, it would not have made up for the lack of service or disorganization. I sincerely hope that Aurora spa makes the necessary adjustments to treat guests to a better welcome, atmosphere, and process. A spa is after all a place to enjoy and relax.

I booked an appointment for a consultation on the link on the website. I even received a reminder text on the day of the appointment. I checked also on the Google maps opening times to see what times they were opened to make sure that they were open as I was coming from London so didn’t want to waste the journey. When I got to the shop it was closed. According to person I spoke to on the phone they haven’t opened on a Saturday for 2 years and blamed treatwell for the mistake. But it clearly says on the Google maps page they open on Saturdays 9am-9pm They also said they would call me back to understand why that happened, no one has called me back. Very poor behaviour from a company I was actually recommended to visit for skincare services. Please do better.

First time visiting Aurora and it was a fantastic experience. Had a facial that lasted around 50mins and felt incredible afterwards. The beautician was very friendly and gave great advice for an ongoing dry skin condition and even gave me some sample sensitive face cream to take away to try. Will definitely be returning for more treatments!
