Arrived for the hot tub and sauna experience, however they forgot that my friend and I booked an appointment. Apparently the hot tub is available at the end of the month, so we just had the sauna and slimming wrap instead. The slimming wrap burnt like hell, we had to take it off. Instructions on how to apply the treatment was given to us after we had already applied the cream, she did say it would burn, I just didn't realise it would be that bad. Not relaxing at all, no tea or water offered. I would rush back there in a hurry. The good point is that the sauna was a very nice temperature.

I came to The Shrine for the whole salon experience. while there I received great customer service whilst service were performed the clean, fresh and friendly environment was maintained. The nice roomy sauna
hot tub experience is tremendously great. I was taken care of by the quality hair stylist/locsologist/receptionist and the nail technicians are the best i've come across in a very long time. This salon is definitely a contender in the beauty and holistic industry.

Had a great day at the spa with my friends loved it sauna was nice and not place was clean I love a clean shower very nice and clean and the customer service was great I'll be back next week guys

Came on on Sunday, appointment only. Had the whole place to myself. Jo is cool. Will down again in the future.

If you are looking for a local steam room for your convenience I recommend this place. In some countries and cultures they use steam regularly. We should look at doing the same in the UK.

The steam room is in the basement. The have a beauty salon on the ground floor. I hear they have hen parties/ ladies parties in the steam room at times. Very reasonable rates for the hour.

Telephone number does not work. Both numbers provided on website not in service. I was not able to book. Pity because it is in walking distance for me.
