Lovely spa clinic with awesome staff! I've had a few services here - massage, waxing, and just recently a facial. All of the services have been fantastic so far, done by friendly and knowledgeable staff! The manager is especially nice and always happy to help.

The clinic itself is very clean and airy, and there is soft music to create a chilled ambience. They also have a massive list of services and treatments, so there really is something for everyone. Price wise I found them to be competitive, and cheap for the amazing service you receive. Bare in mind it's appointment only, but there is a number of staff available so booking is never an issue. Definitely Archway's best beauty clinic.

I came first time to this place for a body massage. And I was shocked. This salon was extremely clean, the all therapist was looked professional and very friendly. Just when I walked inside the lovely receptionist gave me nice mint and lemon water. Before my treatment start I was explained duration. I really recommend this place who want to feel luxurious and 😎 relaxed. Very good value for money. Definitely will come back soon!

Wonderful experience!! Therapists and Receptionist were always helpful and kind. I was struggling with bad breakouts but their treatments helped me! Finally I have nice and smooth face. I’m so glad I chose them and would highly recommend to anyone. Benita

The vitamin treatment left my skin with permanent rough patches and bumps. At the time i thought she was being slightly rough but she reassured me that all would be fine. It was not, over a year later my skin on my forehead is permanently rough and bumpy. Gutted to say the least.

It is the best beauty spa I have been in London. Not only the customer service and a truly very clean place , but Dr Oxana was amazing with all injectables and guidence. Aldo Agnieshka the manager is so accommodating and provides best advice when it comes to beauty treatments. I deffinetly will come back and recommended already to family and friends.

Have been going here for waxing for about 2 years and I would highly recommend. Before finding this place I used to go to a more expensive chain for many years and this is a much better standard of waxing. They use Lycon wax, which was an important deciding factor, as it’s the best. On top of that, the therapists are very quick, but also patient if you’re a bit nervous. Karolina in particular is fantastic. The salon itself is always very clean and everyone who works there is friendly. I’ve also had manicures and facials there before and was happy with those.

I went to Luxury beauty and spa a few days ago and I opted to get the oxygeneo facial. It was a deep cleansing facial. I left feeling very satisfied. The customer service was also great. Agnieszka was lovely and so was Karolina who did my facial. I felt very valued as a customer. I would highly recommend this facility. Thank you 😊
