Imagine Spa Blofield Heath

I would highly recommend imagine spa. I have been here a few times now and it's great every time. They have a max of 16 people, so never over crowded.

Same as the review below. Place is getting fairly shabby and needs a deep clean with a lot of the fixtures being replaced/repaired/cleaned/repainted.

Loved the spa day experience. The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful to a group who had never been to a spa before.
I was organising a hen do so wanted to make sure that everything went perfectly and had to make several changes to the booking. All my emails and calls were answered promptly and patiently.
Our visit went without a hitch and we all came out feeling pampered.

Lovely little place, very intimate and well run. They have a limit on the number of clients allowed on site, which is why the spa access is limited into 4 hour slots. Found at the change over time (1pm) the changing rooms became ridiculously crowded. 6 people trying to change in an open space that really could only fit 3 people comfortably. That was the only negative of the experience. Good package and nice facilities, they could definitely benefit from more pool side seating but there isn't physically the space. Chill out room and huts are a nice addition and combat this issue.

I went today for the first time for the drift away massage and the power breakfast facial. First impressions were very good. The surroundings are picturesque. It was a short distance to drive. As I entered the spa there was a lovely smell and the staff were very welcoming . I had to fill out a card with information about my skin which I appreciated. I was a bit worried before attending but the therapist tailored a treatment suitable for my skin type. The treatments themselves were excellent. I came out feeling relaxed and my skin felt smooth and refreshed. I will definitely be coming back.

Staff are lovely. Food was amazing! Massages were very relaxing. Nice surroundings. What I wasn't impressed with was that there was no swimming pool, only a jacuzzi. 2 steam rooms but no sauna. I didn't like that I had to listen to the spiel after the massage regarding the products they used - trying to sell them to me. If they'd asked 'would you like more information on the products?' -. I'd have said 'no'. But I had to sit through it and so did my 17 year old daughter, who doesn't have that sort of money for luxury products.

My husband had organised a surprise spa day for my birthday. We arrived and were told we could not get changed because the changing rooms were 'far too busy'. We sat and was told that we needed to order our treatment which was included in the package. I asked if I could pay the extra and have an extended massage but was told they were too busy. Never received a welcome drink until we had finally got changed and shown around the spa. Staff were friendly, but I felt there was too many people arriving at one time. Would have preferred all had our treatments at the same time but this was split and would not be changed!!
Spa itself is lovely and once you were able to relax it was bliss, although there was plenty of used cups and glasses everywhere, and some areas could do with a good scrub!! When it was time to leave there were a lot of people trying to get changed in the smallest of changing rooms. Only one shower out of three was working and to try and get changed in a small space and crowded was a nightmare.

Fantastic experience. I was skeptical at first, but when I got there, they were brilliant. Samantha who did my massage was able to do it firmly and they helped with aftercare as well. Would 100% recommend. Also they cater for vegans
