Company calls you from an auto dialler which places you on indefinite hold, no effort to answer calls whatsoever, YOU CaLLED ME!
Luckily the office location is listed so the next step is a personal visit, might be easer to just pick up the phone while your legs still work.

This is a fake company guys
They trying to claim a parking fee on my maiden name with my new address and my old car and also on a date when I wasn't in the country 🤣🤣🤣🤣
They thinking I was born yesterday.

Similar company was trying to do the same few months ago.

Quite sure this is a company who buy peoples details and then claim debts are owed. I received a letter about a dvla fine over a year old which i appealed to dvla as it was a mistake on their end and heard no more from dvla. This is the second such company to chance their arm like this with me in the last month

Disgusting service, over 1 hour waiting on the phone and no answer at a supposedly average call time of 8 minutes!!! I should be charging them for my call time and I will be taking this further, you should be ashamed to trying and contacting anyone in regards to paying back anything, as you are completely useless, and it's a shame I have to be polite on here otherwise my review would be a lot worst.

These sharks have contacted me to say I need to pay £264 for a united utilities debt.... a debt I don't have and I still spoke to UU to check and they have confirmed I don't have a debt and they haven't asked ccs to collect anything... total scam

They sent me a text claiming that they've written to me, they haven't. When I rang their telephone number and quoted the reference number in the text and gave them my name and address they refused to speak to me saying those details didn't match their records. I'm not in debt, not do I have any unpaid fines, loans, Car Tax etc etc etc. They're just trying it on. Scam springs to mind.

Takes the stress out of it, compassionate and kind. Doesn't show on your credit report so just pay what you owe and dont take it out on these guys

They contacted my company regarding a non existing HMRC "debt"; thinking it was maybe a legitimate error I then wasted lots of time on their website then on the phone, there is no one you can actually talk to so I wrote to them. Nil result, they just sent another "claim form". Reading the other reviews it's clear this company is either totally inept or actually acting fraudulently so I am contacting the regulator on this and suggest everyone else does.
