Get there early on Saturday to avoid a wait, open from 7am.

8am-10am opening times is pathetic! I used to work at Ealing and we were open to the public until 2pm.

One time I walked around the gate as it was 10 minutes before closing & door was closed. A very nice young female Royal Mail driver saw me and got my parcel for me. I overheard a man yell at her saying about me “He jumped over the gate, you should’ve ignored him”.

The Royal Mail has a problem with some of the older staff who have been there their entire lives. 10am closing time is pure laziness too.

There was no reason my parcel couldn't have been put through the letterbox like everything else. My cctv shows no actual attempt of dilevery- and to refuse my request to collect before you are closing your gates after being open for 1/4 of a normal workday is a pretty low way to behave. My health is dependant on the routine parcels I recieve. I'm actually due my next dilevery and I still haven't recieved the previous! Taking a big toll on my health and wellbeing.

Normally I wouldnt bother but I feel service as bad as this which effects so many must be documented. So others can see the sheer size of dissatisfaction you produce across the whole of the area. And maybe if possible they can avoid you alltogether.

Please stop holding my items hostage. All I want is what's mine. Seems a few staff members think themselves superior for reasons unknown.

Every other delivery company seems to deliver our parcels without an issue, yet with Royal Mail we now have 4 missed parcels to collect only a 2 hour slot on most days that we can collect them - impossible with work. There's days when I have been working from home yet come out in the morning and see a 'missed delivery' card - they dont even attempt to ring the doorbell and deliver it. Now you have strikes on top of this delaying orders! Hopefully companies stop using Royal Mail due to their unreliability

Like others, I was in all day and no attempt to deliver was made. The collection service is quite frankly disgusting staffed by rude disinterested people. 8am-10am is useless and an insult to working people. The sooner Royal Mail disappear the better then perhaps we can get a fit for purpose mail service!

Just a huge thank you to Darren from walk 14 for his act of pure kindness!

He remembered that we moved houses and delivered to us the parcel which had our old address on. Our redirection has expired 2 months by then. Such a thoughtful and kind person. It has saved us a lot of hassle liaising with the new tenants of our old house and arranging a collection. Thank you very much Darren!

Unfriendly and unhelpful. Only open 2 hours a day! We have complained directly to Royal Mail for years about the fact they refuse to issue a proof of posting when returning an item. Royal Mail claim the staff should provide one when asked. WELL THEY DON’T, EVER.

Next day tracked delivery was not tracked or scanned as soon as the parcel fell into the responsibility of this office. It was a birthday present and 4 days later still "lost". The birthday is today and they are still being impossible. They need a serious management and staff shake up.
