Brant Road Dental Practice

I am leaving this review due to the absurd way they have taken me off their books. Had an appt with them before covid19 arrived then clearly couldn't make one for the last 2 years due to the pandemic. I rang to make an appt only to be told because i haven't been seen for 36+ months they've removed me. This despite never missing an appt with them in the previous 10 years. I am now left struggling to find a dentist and at no point have they made contact with me to a) ask if I am returning or b) to be informed that they have removed me. I am baffled at this bizarre decision. Very poor attitude towards customers and the woman on the phone could and should take a customer relations course. It certainly would benefit her. Its all about money - kick out the NHS patients paying £30 and get them back paying £80+ absolute abomination of an attitude towards patients!

Worst receptionists I've ever seen or heard of, especially the old lady, she answers the phone as though she has unresolved issues with you. Also you would have to ring more than 20 a day for a couple of days before getting a response. That older lady at the receptionist needs to be sacked as soon as possible as she's bringing a lot of bad reputation to the practice. Her attitude stinks and I'm sure I'm not the only one who's noticed/talking about it. The rest of the receptionstaff should undergo another training, but the older lady needs to go. I've been in the dental practice at the waiting area while the phones were ringing, the reception staff were busy chatting away and and ignored the call. I am leaving the practice for a better one.

Brilliant dentist but they never answer the phone, I've tried 10 times this afternoon!

The results you get vary from excellent to poor. They never seem to keep the good dentists. I have been fortunate to have the good dentist. But they never seem to stay.

Really bad receptionist, she denied an emergency appointment to my husband who has a bad infection and she is really rude and condescending. We will put an official complaint in, it's enough.

This Dental Practice is now a shambles, I have just turned up for my appointment today, (after having to make arrangements with work and school drop off) to be told my dentist has left the practice. This is the second time in a row I have turn up for the appointment and its been cancelled with out them bothering to call me to save a wasted journey.
The reception staff were not apologetic in the slightest, 2 of them sat there with the phone ringing and they never answer the phone! I called them 8 times throughout the day yesterday to try and confirm the appointment after what happened last time and not once did they pick up.
The reception lady dealing with me just said to me didn’t the “practice manager” call you yesterday as she was working reception, I said no I had no missed calls.
Such a shame as it used to be a good dental practice when I first joined 15 years ago

What an amazing wonderful and kind dentist I have found here. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she is a foreign lady who speaks amazing English she is called stefania please excuse if spelling wrong. She is kind and patient and has over the last few weeks changed my life. Unfortunately I have a serious gum disease which is hereditary in my family and at the age of 49 all my top teeth that were left 10 in total had to be removed. She took the greatest care of me explaining step by step what was going to happen. My mouth was always very painful. On my last visit she had to extract 7.5 teeth from my top row and fit a denture. She was wonderful. Five stars sweetie you are amazing

I was extremely anxious about going yo the dentist, I haven't been since I was 17, I am now 28.. Dr Konstantinos Karatzioulas was so lovely! Went above and beyond to make me feel relaxed and at ease about starting my journey as there's a lot of work to be done. Nothing was rushed though all planned step by step and he has definitely restored my Faith
