Bosworth Dental Practice

I have been coming to this practice for many years now and always feel at ease. Navish is an amazing dentist who always puts the time and effort into making sure I am happy. I have recently had the Invisalign treatment and Navish has been absolutely amazing, always making sure I am happy with the movement of my teeth. I have now finished the treatment and I am so so happy with the final result they look amazing and just what I wanted. Could not recommend enough!!

I had a lot of problems with my teeth braking and crowns coming away. Anish advised treatment and implants were to be fitted but more problems surfaced. In the end I needed 5 implants and 2 crowns. This was at the start of the pandemic and could not have been at a worst time. Anish and the nurse had to wear all the protective items. How he managed to do all the treatment with all this on I don't know. It all went to plan and no problems at all. I would like to thank all those who looked after me. First class result.

Had extractions, fillings and upper bridge. Costly but the end result is worth it. My bridge fits perfectly and is exact colour to my own teeth. Looks amazing and I’m a very happy patient. The dentist was Prab, jolly nice chap who’s an excellent dentist. Shout out to his dental nurses too! We’ll done.

Had an appointment for a new patient check up. The dentist was very welcoming and friendly.

Had an issue with being overcharged by mistake which was quickly rectified with an email, and even had a phone call from the dentist to apologise on receptions behalf for this.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
This used to be a great Dental practice, now its been sold to a group and it's shockingly bad. I made an emergency appointment as filling dropped out, they did nothing even though I told them i was in pain. Dentist said come back in two weeks to get it filled, closest appointment they could give me was 2 months away! shocking. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
And when they took over the practise I was getting marketing messages from them all the time. talk about GDPR failings. I've never opted in for marketing from them or the previous owner!

Navish did my Invisalign treatment and was wonderful start to finish! All my random worries and emails answered! So pleased with the results!

This dental practice would leave me on hold for 2 hours before hanging up the phone on me I only managed to get an appointment a year after my last emergency fix of my teeth. They made me wait an extra 8 months for my appointment claiming its the only time I could get in conveniently 4 weeks after my 20th birthday so I could be charged money. I was then told i would have to pay to get my teeth done even though I have to have done every 6 months as I have half composites and was told they are completely cosmetic. they are not I have razor sharp half teeth paper thin underneath the composite and when they come off I can't eat drink or close my mouth as it shreds the inside of my mouth I was then told if this happens to "just go to a and e" they also told me my completely healthy and functioning keynines should be removed when I get veneers later in life as they are "unpleasant to look at". Not to mention they made my mouth bleed from a routine check up(I have no other problems with my teeth). The practice is registered under Dr Richards name who retired 5 years ago. They arnt registered and there are no certificates in sight . not to mention all practitioners pictures are blacked out on the website so you have no clue who is working on your teeth. This is awful I've been using this dentists for 15 years and I've never had an issue until 5 years ago I left crying with a threat of a fine.

Very good care at this practice. Recently had a filling and check up with Utkarsh. Having had a few 'less than pleasant' experiences over the years he restored my faith in pain free fillings and has a great manner with patients, reducing anxiety from the moment you sit on the chair and regularly checking well being throughout the procedure. I shan't be worried about any future treatments!
