I had to go to the dentist not looking forward to it as usual.
But Bianca was a really professional dentist.
She told me what to expect, how she was going to work and checked with me though the whole appointment.
Her dental nurse was very attentive and professional to.

Sotirios Bantis is the best dentist I have ever seen. I had always been anxious going but Sotirios puts me at ease with his kind nature and gentleness every time, without fail. I always find the dental nurses and reception staff lovely too. I wish all of the dentists I had seen in my life before I found MyDentist could have been as good as my them!!

POOR SERVICE
Have been trying to get an NHS check-up appointment since 2020 but kept getting told I would be contacted once they had filled my assigned dentists role who had left. 2 years later and STILL no dentist and have been told I have been taken off the patient list with NO communication.
Totally unacceptable and poor service.

Bianca is the most amazing dentist I’ve ever meet. She has looked after me so well in the last 3 years while I’ve been very fragile with so many problems with my teeth. Today we finished and I ca smile with confidence once again. I am so grateful.

I was struck off because I missed 3 appointments which I called to cancel at least a week in advance for each time, although I received a letter to say otherwise (just a generic letter they send out) The worse bit was that I spoke to a receptionist who said I can’t book you another appointment & I said why & she said I have to speak to my manager I said why & she said I can’t say. I said are you trying to say I can no longer be a patient there & she said yeah maybe. Then I received that letter!
I wasn’t ever told if you cancel 3 times your out!
Also when having a check up they never did anything but look in my mouth for that cost. (Nice dentist though)
But the new hygienist is absolutely amazing so gentle & totally worth the money.
I never felt welcome when I walked in so pleased to been struck off really!!

Fantastic service. Always available. Bianca is both gentle and caring in her work and definitely knows her stuff. Top class all on NHS.

My experience at My Dentist Fareham had always been wonderful. Everyone is kind and helpful. Bianca and her assistant are amazing! I have had 2 crowns and a filling replaced, it went very well.

Had a filling on the 12/02/2019 which fell out the following day. Phoned to explain/complain and told they'd be in touch. Well nearly 3 years later I get a letter to say I'm due a check up. Phoned to explain and then told I'll still have to pay the check up fee to confirm their mistake. Absolute joke.
